4 Star Gym is a hardcore weightlifting gym located at 436 Main St, El Segundo, CA that has been in business since 1969. We cater to the athlete and strength trainer that desires nothing more than the basics to get as strong as possible. We have two power racks, various benches, the most elite Forza competition bench and power lifting platform including a chrome Forza chalk bowl (yes you can use chalk at 4 Star), 1400 lbs of Ivanko kilogram plates, dumbells from 10 lbs to 150 lbs in 5 lb increments, kettlebells, a pulling sled, bands, 300 lbs of chain, cable machine, smith machine, Ivanko bars, Safety Squat bar, Cambered Squat bar, Texas Deadlift bar, Farmers walk cage, Heavy bag, Speedbag, Leg Press, Hack Squat, Leg curl/extension machine, several pull-up bars, a beam to accommodate Gymnastic rings and a treadmill. We have a large Powerlifting Community with several individuals that hold National and World records in AAU, USPF, and the 100% RAW Ironman Nationals, but we also cater to many different types of athletes. Heavy lifting is encouraged!
