Jason Kelske NSCA, CSCS, CPR/AED Certified Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and offers Custom Program Design, Semi-Private Personal Training and Sports Performance Training at 4 Star Gym! Jason is a life long scholar of human movement and performance, a former collegiate athlete, and a D1 Men’s Club Lacrosse Coach. More recently, he’s earned a spot in the Top 20 (220lb) Powerlifters for 2009 and set a new WPF World Record in the Deadlift. Although the pursuit of strength has always been his passion, Jason doesn’t subscribe to a single training philosophy. He has studied and implements a variety of training modalities and techniques designed to improve all aspects of human performance while striving to prevent the risk of injury in the gym and on the field.
There’s strength in numbers! Jason strives to create a team environment with each training session. Semi-private training combines individualized training programs, a motivational team environment, and some friendly competition that enables clients/athletes to push their training to the next level and unlock their true potential. Leif Lindhjem NCEP, CPR/AED Certified
Personal training and group fitness for all ages. Strength and conditioning programs. Speed training. Rehabilitative programs for injury recovery. A nationally ranked high school wrestler, Leif picked up judo upon arrival to California and won the 2008 Brown Belt National Championships in San Francisco. Training out of 4-Star Gym in El Segundo, his subsequent transition to MMA landed him on Vladimir Matyushenko's Team VMAT. Also a certified trainer and educator, Leif matches his martial arts knowledge in karate, judo, and wrestling with his focus on cross-training to bring his personal training and group fitness clientele a high-energy, high-impact workout.
